Welcome to the NZ Magazine Shop
You can find us in the western suburbs of Auckland on Level 1 of the Westfield Shoppingtown, West City - one of Auckland's newest, biggest and brightest shopping centres.

We have been involved in the magazine industry for over a decade and are proud of our reputation for excellent customer service.

We have a database of over 10,000 titles from all over the world.
Our webshop is specialising in NZ magazines, however we can supply international titles as well.

Frequently asked Questions

Can I Fax or Mail my order ?
Yes, if you are unsure of the on-line order process you may fill out the order form details, print and then fax or mail it to us. We will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order.

What happens when I place my order ?
You will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail direct to your stated e-mail address. Your order will be processed and you will be notified via e-mail when your goods have been dispatched, usually within 24 hours.

Do you keep my Credit Card details ?
Every time you order you will need to re-enter your credit card details. Your credit card information is not stored on the Internet so it is not accessible by other Internet users.

I don't have a Credit Card, how else can I pay?
You can pay by Cheque (NZ only) and Direct credit/Telegraphic Transfer into our bank account please contact us first to arrange payment by these methods.

Is your order service secure ?
Our secure server uses industry standard SSL encryption to protect your personal information from prying eyes.

What currency do you charge my order in ?
All orders are charged in New Zealand dollars to your credit card. We have a built in currency converter for your convenience. (see currency)

What is your refunds policy ?
We will make full refunds on defective products. Please note that once your order has been processed the sale is considered final.

How do I make a complaint or suggestion ?
You may e-mail nzmagazineshop@xtra.co.nz at any time and make a written complaint or suggestion. We will respond to any messages as soon as possible.
